My Doxiepoo absolutely loves his new bed and took to it straight away! It arrives vacuum packed, so when I took it out, I shook it and placed it upside down on the floor for about 30 minutes before use. It is exactly as described and packing and shipping was as stated. I have knocked one star off because after just one week of use, the bottom of the bed became quite flat and didn't seem to have a lot of padding. I purchased a bit of sponge, cut it into a circular shape and inserted it into the bed. (There is a zip at the bottom to allow you to remove the cover). After doing this, it's perfect! Perhaps something for the manufacturer to think about in the future - pad out the bottom a little more. Other than that - all good! 👍

Was dubious as there were no other reviews but this bed is gorgeous. It’s really soft and cuddly and the middle of the paw is very padded.
